How do i track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, we'll notify you by email providing you with the tracking information for your package! This link is typically updated within 24 hours and, if you ever happen to lose that email, please note that you can also retrieve your tracking information from your Order History once you sign into your Rinex account! Use this number to track your shipment online or reply to any of your order update emails. Our customer care team will be happy to help you track your order.

What is your return policy?

Rinex accepts the return of any product within the first (30) days of the date the order was placed and only if the product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Read more

How to download the “iTrackEasy” App? Is the app compatible with all IOS and Android versions?

You can search “iTrackEasy” in App Store or Google Play. Or scan the QR code in the user guide or box to download. It is compatible with IOS 8.0 or newer, Android 4.3 or newer.

Can I pair my iTrack device to more than one phone?

You can only pair an iTrack device to one phone at the same time. If you are trying to pair your iTrack to other phone, you need to delete the device from your phone first, or the device is disconnected from your phone.

How can I change the iTrackEasy App language?

Our App automatically adapt to the language of your phone. (i.e.: if your phone language is German, when you open the iTrackEasy App, the App will change into German accordingly.) iTrackEasy app now supports English, German, French, Czech, Italian, Thai, Polish, Persian, Russian. If you phone language is not in our app supported language list, the default language of the App is English.

Does iTrackEasy app consume a lot of battery power? Does Bluetooth drain my phone battery quickly?

According to our test, iTrackEasy app consumes less than 3% battery in 24 hours.

The phone Bluetooth is BLE4.0, which means ‘Bluetooth Low Energy’. So the overall battery consumption is very small.

If you don't need to use iTrack alert you can turn off Bluetooth. When you need it you can turn on Bluetooth and the app. iTrackEasy app will automatically search for your iTrack device and reconnect.

How long does iTrack device battery last?

In general, the battery life is 6-12 months (depending on different models), if you ring your iTrack device frequently, the battery life would be shorter. The battery is replaceable; you can replace a new coin battery to continue using the tracker.

Why do I need 'Always' permission for the app location? When the app is running in the background, does it still access my location? Does the app consume a lot of my phone battery while locating in the background?

iTrackEasy relies on the phone's GPS to record iTrack locations. When iTrack is disconnected from the phone, the iTrackEasy app uses the phone's GPS location as tracker disconnected location.

iTrack device may be disconnected in the background. when that happens the app needs to record the disconnected location, so the App needs 'always' permission, which means that even running in the background the positioning permission is still needed.

How many iTrack devices can be connected to a phone?

For android phones, we suggest connecting 2~4 iTrack devices to a phone; for iOS phones, we suggest maximum 5 iTrack devices. The more Bluetooth devices are connected, the more unstable the Bluetooth connection would be.

What is 'Mark as Lost? My iTrack was lost long time ago, why it still hasn't been found yet?

If your iTrack is lost, select 'Mark as Lost'. When any iTrackEasy user with his/her app running in the phone (foreground or background) comes near your iTrack, you may receive a ‘device found’ notification. If you did not receive a notification that’s because there hasn’t been any user comes within range of your lost tracker yet.

If I have problems/questions with my iTrack device/app, how can I get help?

Enter your questions in ' iTrackEasy app=>Setting=>feedback' and submit. We will answer your questions within 48 hours.

What are 'Safe Wi-Fi Area' and 'Sleep Mode' ?

If 'Safe Wi-Fi Area' or 'Sleep Mode' is on and you are in the trusted Wi-Fi networks or current time is in “sleep mode” time range, phone alert and Tracker Alert are disabled. It can avoid disturbing when you are in safe area or in sleep time.

How can I distinguish different iTrack if I pair more than one device to my phone?

You can edit different names and photos for different iTrack devices.

Is iTrack a GPS tracker? Can it be used to track item live location?

No. iTrack uses Bluetooth Low Energy 4.0 (BLE) technology (not GPS technology) to help you locate your items; it can only track your items in Bluetooth range. It cannot be used in real time location tracking.

I haven't used my iTrack for a long time. Is there any way to save the energy?

Select 'Turn Off Device' in iTrackEasy app. After turning the device off, the battery energy can be saved for 1-2 years.
